ライブではいつも休憩曲として必ず演奏していた。

Do as infinityの「本日ハ晴天ナリ」を聴いて（イメージして）作った曲がこうなった。

当時BSE問題で米国牛の輸入がされなくなり、牛丼というものが消えていった時代であった。
音楽と社会問題は深い関係にあり、とてもユーモラスな歌詞である。
